Leadership Process: Motivating Achievement

Experience the power of a motivated team

The best leaders in today’s ever changing business climate do more than manage. They create and lead organizations where people are extraordinarily focused, excited about their jobs, and poised to accomplish significant and enduring results. This workshop increases your ability to create a highly motivated, performance-driven workforce.

LPMAThe Leadership Process: Motivating Achievement (LPMA) workshop helps you recognize how your personality and behavioral style has an immediate and profound effect on your environment and the people around you. In the process, you’ll begin to recognize and see things within yourself from a new perspective, allowing you to supercharge your leadership skills.

Who should attend

This results-oriented workshop is for executives and managers looking for real solutions to the highly complex challenge of motivating and leading their workforce.

Over three and one half days, you’ll be immersed in a rich learning environment together with a limited number of like-minded leaders from top organizations around the nation. It’s quite likely that, no matter how much experience you have as a leader, you haven’t yet viewed your capability through the lens that you are given in this program.

The program is based on 40 years of in-depth research in the relationship between motivation and organizational performance.

Ideal participants are those responsible for developing the people and systems that sustain high levels of individual and organizational performance and recognize the key role that their own leadership is in shaping that performance.

How you will benefit

Through this workshop, you’ll understand the elements and conditions that arouse achievement and productivity in individuals and groups. But this program goes into much greater depth than just receiving information. The process is highly focused on you and your unique qualities and characteristics. Though challenging, you’ll refine your view of your personal potential as a leader. You are put into situations where your best qualities come to the forefront so that you can see how they could be used to achieve the greatness you’re truly capable of.

You’ll learn to apply different approaches to leadership, individual motivation and climate variables to enhance economic success and overall productivity.

You’ll identify and match your own motives and needs to your job to increase your own performance.

Features of the Program

LPMA is highly interactive in nature. The use of feedback instruments, business simulations, films, and case discussions afford participants both intellectual understanding and a direct experience of the kind of leadership that will best match their organization’s current and future needs. This learning is then integrated into specific plans for leadership and organizational improvement.

Case studies will show you examples of behavioral situations and how behavior directly influences leadership outcomes.

You’ll receive a large volume of unique data. These include assessment and high quality customized personality reports that help you understand the environment that your personality and style create in the workplace so that you can see the best aspects you bring and the areas where you can make changes.

You’ll learn how you can apply the information you gained so that you can be more effective as a leader. You’ll be compelled to do some things differently.

And, of course, you’ll connect with other leaders from across the nation and can build lifelong relationships to assist your potential for growth, giving you the ability to build a network of like-minded leaders.

The LPMA workshop is one of the few programs on motivation and leadership with a large database that statistically validates its success in sales, marketing, production, and R&D organizations.

Plan to take off the Friday after the workshops to process what you’ve learned so that you can embrace ways to use this information in your own distinct business setting.

A significant percentage of past course participants have taken notable actions to advance their own careers and improve organizational performance.
