About SSCA

Building successful leaders through the science of behavior

Everything you do is grounded in science. Even how you lead.

You might think of science as something people do in a lab. Fact is, every interaction you have with others is connected to behavior, and all behavior is connected by science. Great leaders understand the nuances of behavioral responses and make the most of them. SSCA has been at the forefront of understanding the science of leadership since 1978. We continue to show the way to success by helping leaders grasp and embrace the dynamics of behavior.

Through powerful one-to-one coaching as well as dynamic and highly effective multi-day workshops, SSCA has a long history of success with many of the most admired companies and organizations. Each and every consultant is exceptionally qualified to provide the right information to help your leadership team work together more cohesively and achieve goals more quickly. Our Elements of Leadership training workshops bring together awesome facilitators and your motivated leaders to rapidly provide transformative knowledge that sticks.

Business Performance, meet Behavioral Science.

SSCA combines a comprehensive understanding of human behavior with intuitive skills to diagnose both existing and potential leadership problems. And we go way beyond just analyzing the symptoms. Your consultant probes deep within the issues to identify the underlying causes. Then we apply proven principles of behavioral science to overcome the problem and get you moving towards your goals. The overriding purpose of each and every SSCA consultant is to help your leadership teams transform in order to overcome challenges, accomplish goals and achieve personal and professional satisfaction.

Your consultant comes to you equipped with a prolific understanding of both Business Management and Behavioral Sciences. Each of our experts also understands the place these two characteristics of success have in organizational and leadership development. In fact, you benefit from not only our many years of success in this field, but the combined efforts of an intense commitment to being the very best. SSCA consulting partners meet regularly to expand their knowledge, supporting one another with the latest research and developments in the field of leadership and behavioral science. This ensures that you always receive the highest level of insight into making your leadership teams the very best they can be.

Our Purpose

To grow people and companies by awakening them to their greatness.

Our Values

Be good. Do good.

We do the right thing, always. We authentically live in the service of others, demonstrating integrity and respect at every turn, while leading through generosity and abundance.

Gratitude

We view entitlement as a four-letter word. We are exponentially grateful for all that we have and for all that we are able to do. “Gratitude turns what we have into enough.” —Aesop

Ambition

We dedicate ourselves to outdo ourselves. We ask for help, yet we are not helpless. We find our comfort zone and challenge it daily. We are ever oriented toward the goal. After all, we did not come this far only to come this far.

Perspective

We keep the important things important. Sometimes that may be a proposal and sometimes that may be a little league game. We never lose sight of the horizon.

n(Fun)

As a wise man once said, “We are all going to die.” The way we see it, we might as well have abundant fun along the way. Humor abounds and laughter fills our halls.
