Stephanie Tran has a very strong background in leadership development and is enthusiastic about creating positive organizational change through helping people do and be their best. In particular, she has specialized ability in talent management and development, business strategy and culture.
Prior to joining SSCA Stephanie, worked in the insurance, healthcare, real estate, architecture and technology fields leading human resources and organizational development work. Stephanie is more than a leadership consultant—she is a trusted advisor. Helping people is her passion.
Though she is a native to Southern California, Stephanie spent several years in Guam where she was tasked with changing the company culture, its leadership and strategic focus. Stephanie’s international experience uniquely positions her for adeptly understanding and addressing the opportunities and challenges of multi-national employee populations.
She completed her MS in Leadership Coaching and Development. Additionally her undergraduate degree is in Business Administration. She is fully certified in the Leadership Circle model for leadership development and effectiveness going beyond traditional competency models.
Stephanie is married to her junior high school sweetheart and they have two children. She enjoys a good book, movie and conversation. On her wish list is to make time for tennis, snowboarding, volleyball and badminton. Outside of work, Stephanie treasures family time. Whether it is playing a board game, watching a movie or simply enjoying a good meal, everyday she anticipates these moments of warmth, hugs and laughter.
