susan_peirce Susan Peirce joined Spencer/Shenk/Capers & Associates, Inc. as a principal consultant in 1992, after successfully consulting for ten years internally to healthcare, manufacturing and service organizations. Susan is a tenured practitioner with senior line experience.

Prior to joining Spencer/Shenk/Capers & Associates, Susan held the key leadership role for Organization Development at IOLAB, a Johnson & Johnson Company. During Susan's tenure, she designed the critical success skill components necessary for the successful Total Quality Management Implementation for Johnson & Johnson's Flagship Quality Company. Susan is a highly skilled Organization Development practitioner and has expertise in competency research and design, Organizational Culture and Climate, and Executive Leadership Coaching. Susan takes a unique approach to working with her client systems, blending a common sense business approach with a solid grounding in the behavioral sciences.

Susan has cutting edge experience in all aspects of Organization Development. She spent several years at Collins Foods, Inc., practicing in an extremely progressive environment as a primary assessor in Assessment Centers and applying a systemic approach to climate improvement with measurable results in climate and performance. After enjoying many successful years as a Professional Equestrian, where she competed nationally showing Hunter Jumper Horses, Susan received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Susan lives in Huntington Harbor with her husband, David and son, Jared.
